Micro Swiss offers two versions of hotend kits for CR-10 printers:
300°C Flexible Friendly, and an All Metal Version.

This is a 300°C Flexible Friendly Hotend Kit for CR-10 Printers.

Micro Swiss 300°C Flexible Friendly Hotend Kit for CR-10:

This is a drop in Flexible Friendly Hotend kit for CR-10 printers. It requires absolutely zero modification to your printer to install. The uniquely designed cooling block eliminates need for a thermal tube. By not having separate thermal tube inside cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation. 

Thermal heat break is made from Titanium Alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between heater and cooling block. Titanium is extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined meltzone.

This 300°C Flexible Friendly Hotend Kit is almost identical to All Metal version. The only difference is inside bore in the cooling block reamed for 3mm PTFE liner. The PTFE liner extends only up to heat break and never exposed to high temperature meaning that you can safely go up to 300°C without degrading it.
